All-on-4 & All-on-6

All-on-4 and All-on-6: fixed full-arch teeth on as few as four implants, often with same-day temporaries.

All-on-4 & All-on-6 Ankara

Fixed teeth in a single day

All-on-4 and All-on-6 are full-arch solutions that restore an entire jaw of missing teeth on just four to six implants. It is an ideal option for patients with no teeth or failing teeth who want a fixed, stable result rather than a removable denture.

Benefits

  • A complete fixed arch on minimal implants
  • Often immediate temporary teeth on the same day
  • Strong chewing function and natural aesthetics
  • Fewer surgeries and shorter overall treatment

Digital, guided planning

Using CBCT and digital design, we plan implant positions precisely for a predictable outcome. After healing, your final zirconia bridge is fitted, and we provide written aftercare and long-term follow-up.

All-on-4 and All-on-6: what is the difference?

The essential difference is the number of implants supporting the full-arch fixed bridge: four in All-on-4 and six in All-on-6. Which approach is suitable depends on bone volume and quality, jaw anatomy, the condition of the opposing arch and chewing forces. In both approaches the aim is the same — a fixed solution instead of a removable denture.

Temporary and final prostheses

In suitable cases a fixed temporary bridge may be planned after surgery so that appearance and function are maintained during healing. Once integration is complete, an impression or digital scan is taken and the final prosthesis is produced. While the temporary bridge is in place, softer foods are usually recommended.

Cleaning and review appointments

With a full-arch fixed bridge, cleaning underneath the prosthesis matters. Interdental brushes, a water flosser and any aids recommended by your dentist can form part of the daily routine. At review appointments the fit of the prosthesis, the screws and the health of the surrounding tissues are assessed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are same-day fixed teeth possible for everyone?

No. Immediate temporaries require sufficient initial implant stability, which is assessed during surgery. Where this is not achieved, healing is allowed first.

How does it differ from a removable denture?

A fixed bridge is not removed by the patient and is supported by implants, whereas a removable denture rests largely on the gums and bone. Comfort and chewing experience vary between individuals.

Which scans are needed beforehand?

Planning is usually based on CBCT (3D) imaging together with intraoral scanning or photographs, alongside a review of your general health.

Is the prosthesis difficult to clean?

Once the routine is established it is manageable, but cleaning beneath the bridge and attending regular check-ups are essential.

Can it be done with reduced bone volume?

In some cases, tilted implant placement allows treatment without extensive grafting. Suitability is only confirmed after imaging and examination.
